WHAT DOES THE BXB BOX COST?A Quarterly subscription costs $99.99 per quarter/season. You get four boxes per year (billed at the start of every quarter/season). A yearly subscription costs $349.99 per year. OUR BEST DEAL! You get four boxes per year —that's $600+ in value!
WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?
Your first box will ship no later than 20 business days after sign up during the quarter’s sales period. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once each box has shipped. On occasion, there are elements outside of our control that might hinder our ability to hold this promise. In those cases, we will be sure to communicate them to you and provide relevant updates.

WHAT ARE THE CONTENTS OF MY BOX?
Each quarterly THE BXB BOX features a collection of Black On Black’s newsest & most exclusive products, valued at $150+ (that’s $600+ in value per year) plus shipping. Subscribers also receive exclusive offers and discounts to be used online. For more specific information about box contents, please follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to recieve updates.
You can find details on the current box for sale or pre-sale on our website and social media channels. WILL YOU TELL ME AHEAD OF TIME WHAT IS IN MY BOX?
Follow us on our social channels (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) for the tea on what is featured in each quarter’s box. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
New subscribers are billed for their first box on the day they sign up. Quarterly subscribers will be billed on the 15th of each month from then on. Annual subscribers will receive renewal notification after their 4th box is generated. Renewal charge will process 30 days after notification. After the first year renewal will occur yearly. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 per box. There are times when we offer promotions for FREE SHIPPING. WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING OR BILLING ADDRESS?
You can update your shipping or billing information at any time via the Customer Service Portal I NEVER RECEIVED MY BOX.
If you have not received a tracking email and believe your box is missing, please contact our customer care team via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. MY BOX AND/OR SOME OF ITS CONTENTS ARRIVED DAMAGED.
Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com and we will work to send you a replacement item(s), an entire box on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to make sure you receive the full contents of each box.
HOW LONG WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION LAST?
As long as you are enrolled in the BXB quarterly or annual box program, we will continue to bill and send you a new box each quarter.
IS IT EASY TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Please log in to your account and you can update your preferences there.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE AND STYLE PREFERENCES?
You can change your size and style preference in your in your Black On Black account or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to update your preferences for you.
CAN I SIGN UP FOR JUST ONE BOX? AND NOT AUTO RENEW?
THE BXB BOXES are only available as part of a subscription. If you’d like to try just one box, buy a quarterly subscription, which can be canceled at any time on or before the order cutoff date for the next quarter. We also offer gift subscription boxes that do not renew.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not accept returns, but encourage members to gift their subscription to a friend or family member. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know at email@example.com.
